Position Details
Role: Experienced Veterinary Technician or Veterinary Assistant
Status: Full-time
Salary: Negotiable and based on experience
Schedule: Four-day work week (Wednesdays off) with alternating Saturdays from 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.

What You'll Do
  • Obtain patient histories, perform triage, and record vital signs
  • Assist veterinarians during examinations, treatments, surgeries, and dental procedures
  • Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as directed
  • Perform venipuncture, IV catheter placement, fluid therapy, and diagnostic sample collection
  • Obtain quality digital radiographs and assist with diagnostic imaging
  • Perform in-house laboratory testing
  • Monitor anesthesia and support patient recovery during surgical and dental procedures
  • Practice fear-free, low-stress patient handling techniques
  • Educate clients on treatment plans, preventive care, and medications
  • Maintain clean, organized treatment and exam areas
  • Assist wherever needed to support the success of the team
