We’re a cage-free dog daycare and boarding facility, providing exceptional care to the Bloomington community 24/7, 365 days a year. If you’re ready to make tails wag (literally), keep reading!

What You’ll Do

As a Receptionist at The Dog House, your role is more than just answering phones—it’s about creating a welcoming and safe environment for both our furry friends and their owners. Here’s what you’ll be responsible for: - Providing exceptional customer service and care for our canine guests and their humans. - Answering client requests via phone, text, and email with professionalism and warmth. - Communicating effectively and courteously with your team. - Maintaining a clean and safe environment throughout the facility. - Ensuring a positive, fun, and safe experience for all dogs in our care. - Advancing your knowledge and skills through provided training to grow both personally and professionally.
