) Hospitality Aide Job Summary:
Right at Home is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Hospitality Aide to join our team. This position plays a vital role in enhancing the patient experience by providing non-clinical support to patients, families, and nursing staff. The Hospitality Aide ensures that patient rooms are well-stocked, comfortable, and that patients' needs are met in a timely and courteous manner.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct hourly rounding to check on patients and assist with non-clinical needs.
  • Answer call lights and relay patient requests to appropriate staff.
  • Assist with filling out patient whiteboards with updated care information.
  • Refill water pitchers and ensure patients have access to fresh water.
  • Stock and organize patient rooms with essential supplies.
  • Assist nursing staff with basic patient care tasks as needed, under supervision.
  • Provide a friendly and supportive presence to patients and their families.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for patients and staff.
  • Follow all hospital policies, procedures, and infection control guidelines.
