Your Graduation Adventure:
Enjoy 1:1 mentorship with our Local Owners who are eager to share their wisdom and experience as well as a regular, personalized mentorship plan with our VP of Medical Operations. Craft your own mentorship plan that suits your aspirations, while diving into daily Rounds where shared learning fuels your growth.
Mentorship and Development:
In your first year of practice, you will benefit from the guidance of our Local Owners and Veterinary Leadership:

  • Provide support during surgeries and other procedures to enhance your skills
  • Offer guidance on case management and clinical decision-making
  • Facilitate regular feedback sessions to discuss your progress and areas for improvement
  • Help you develop effective client communications and relationship-building techniques
  • Assist in integrating you into the hospital's culture and team dynamics
You will also have an Individual Development Plan (IDP), specially crafted by your DVM mentor to support your personal and professional growth. This plan will help you set and achieve your career goals, ensuring you continue to develop and thrive independently.
