Job Title:             Fresh Cut Night Lead, 18+

Reports To:        Fresh Cut Manger

Lead the fresh-cut produce night shift team, ensuring top-quality service and fresh products for our guests!

As a Fresh Cut Night Lead, you'll help provide our guests with fresh, ready-to-eat produce by overseeing the production and replenishment of fresh cut items during the evening/night shift. This role is essential in maintaining top-quality standards, managing stock levels, and ensuring excellent guest service. If you have experience in retail stocking, produce associate roles, or leading teams, this is a great opportunity to make an impact on the guest experience!

As a Fresh Cut Night Lead, your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide Exceptional Guest Service: Providing excellent guest service is at the heart of what we do.  Whether it's a friendly greeting, answering questions or addressing guest concerns, you'll handle each interaction with professionalism and care. Your willingness to help guests with what they need will make a positive impact every day. 
  • Lead the Team: Oversee daily operations of the Fresh Cut department and provide direction in the absence of the manager.
  • Train and Coach: Help train new associates and offer guidance to current team members.
  • Maintain Stock Levels: Ensure fresh cut products are consistently replenished and priced accurately.
  • Offer Assistance: Assist guests with product inquiries, special requests, and concerns.
  • Monitor Standards: Ensure cleanliness, safety, and quality standards are maintained at all times.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with other departments to meet guest needs and achieve department goals.
  • Honor Commitments: Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences
  • Support the Team: Other duties as assigned
