Job description


COMPENSATION: Per the Collective Bargaining Agreement located on the DY website.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.





  • Engage students in speaking French
  • Plan and execute engaging lessons that align directly to proficiency standards
  • Enthusiasm for Francophone culture
  • Work collaboratively with Foreign Language department 


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • MA licensure/certification in French grades 7-12
  • Knowledge and/or experience with proficiency standards and grading
  • Ability to work with a diverse population
  • Citizenship, residency or work visa required
