Job description

  • Partner with clients ranging from senior C-levels to junior professionals across IT, HR, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Sales practices
  • Ensure clients are successful in using their Gartner subscription
  • Introduce Gartner services and capabilities to prospective and new clients
  • Manage accounts or connect clients with the Gartner expert community
  • Identify client priorities and align Gartner resources to provide best-in-class service
  • Enable clients to achieve priorities and maximize return on Gartner membership investment
  • Collaborate with internal Gartner stakeholders to drive service delivery and business results
  • Share best practices and design innovative solutions to overcome obstacles
  • Leverage insights and metrics to drive client engagement, satisfaction, retention, and growth
Requirements
  • Upcoming university graduate
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 6+ months relevant professional and/or internship experience
  • Bilingual fluency in English and French
  • Proven track record of success fueled by a passion for delighting clients
  • Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills
