Job description

Bilingual Contract Billing Representative- Hybrid

Reporting to the Regional Manager, Service Administration, you will be responsible for collecting meter reads for billing and performing related administrative tasks to maximize service revenue.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect meter reads from customers for service contract billing.
  • Contact customers when meter reads are not received within the scheduled timeframe.
  • Keep customer contact information up to date in the database.
  • Analyze and promptly resolve customer issues or escalate them to higher management when necessary.
  • Ensure Spreadsheet Billing Accounts are finalized on or before the contractual due dates and notify the Service Administration Call Center once completed.
  • Generate reports from S21DS to determine weekly/monthly billings to identify all customers to be invoiced.

To Succeed, You Will Need:     

  • Bilingual French & English required
  • No degree required. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Less than 12 months of work experience required.
  • Intermediate analytical skills required to review received meter reads and cross-reference them with equipment models to validate the provided information.
  • Basic computer/technical skills required to enter, sort, and filter data in Excel.
  • Basic time management and task prioritization skills required to execute work within established deadlines.
