Job description

Freight Analyst

The Freight Analyst will manage all freight reporting databases to support our global Total Transportation Management (TTM) services. You will use our internal Global Project Management system together with external systems to design and manage reports. This will include but is not limited to management of:

  • US and UK 3rd party distribution daily shipment tracker with weekly/monthly updates
  • Monthly supplier management performance reports
  • Monthly client performance reports
  • Reusable shipper (Credo) tracking report
  • Monthly reusable shipper (Credo) returns/lost report
  • Weekly FedEx shipment tracker and billing report for 3rd party distribution Patheon North American facilities

Identify and recommend/implement appropriate enhancements. This role will also provide proactive support as assigned to support calls/emails from internal Distribution Project Management Group, External clients and Clinical Trial investigator sites. This will include working with our approved couriers, proactively intervening to manage and resolve issues, escalating for internal or external support as necessary. The role requires competent use of Fisher Clinical Services systems and SOPs and will be required to perform to Fisher Clinical Services Quality Standards and timelines.
