ABOUT THE ROLE

The Regional Business & Logistics Analyst plays a dual role in driving commercial operational excellence and regional logistics efficiency. This role is responsible for maintaining sales data integrity, managing freight rate structures, analyzing commercial performance, and supporting supply chain and billing workflows across the region.

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH

  • Review and validate sales quotes in Salesforce (SFDC) prior to system posting to ensure compliance with regional sales policies and pricing controls.
  • Monitor Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, billing workflows, credit adjustments, and account exceptions.
  • Maintain competitive intelligence data, competitor plant setups, and internal sales forecasts within CRM platforms.
  • Set up and maintain regional freight rate conditions, intercompany haulage fees, and fuel surcharges within SAP.
  • Audit unbilled ticketing reports and work with site teams to resolve logistics billing issues.
  • Analyze freight costs versus revenue using business intelligence tools to identify variances and support margin recovery efforts.
  • Provide functional guidance and operational support to scale/weighmaster teams and serve as a regional backup for gatekeeper functions.
  • Build, generate, and distribute ad-hoc and routine business analytics reports utilizing SAP, Salesforce, BW, and Qlikview.
  • Perform system troubleshooting, manage material extensions, and audit data exception dashboards across regional platforms.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviours.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of equivalent practical experience in commercial analysis, logistics, or supply chain operations.
  • Preferred fields of study include Commercial Analysis, Logistics, Supply Chain Operations, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Bilingualism in French and English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of English is required, as the incumbent must communicate regularly with clients and suppliers of goods and/or services along with team members or support functions outside Quebec.

Additional Requirements:

  • Strong data accuracy, cross-functional communication, analytical problem-solving, and commitment to workplace safety standards.
  • Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
