We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Air Logistics Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities while developing strong relationships with medium-sized accounts.


You will focus primarily on new business development (hunting), while also maximizing value within your existing customer portfolio. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, global logistics environment where collaboration, customer centricity, and strategic thinking are key to success.

How you create impact
  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers through cold calling, networking, and lead generation activities
  • Develop and convert a pipeline of air logistics opportunities into profitable business
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of medium-sized accounts with strong revenue potential
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions
  • Actively identify and execute cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts
  • Engage key decision-makers and stakeholders to influence purchasing decisions
  • Collaborate with internal teams (pricing, operations, and customer care) to deliver competitive solutions
  • Ensure early engagement and visibility of opportunities within internal systems and stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate and high-quality customer and pipeline data within CRM tools (e.g., CoreLog)
  • Support and contribute to RFQs and tender processes, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and timelines
  • Participate in pipeline reviews, providing insights and strategies to improve conversion rates
  • Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities within the air logistics space
  • Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-ups
  • Contribute to overall sales strategy and revenue growth objectives
  • Ensure alignment with internal KPIs and sales performance targets
