Warehouse Clerk / Warehouse Associate
Job Title: Warehouse Clerk / Warehouse Associate
Location: Worcester
Employment Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Warehouse Management
Salary Range: $22-$24/hr.
Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk / Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse, inventory, and freight operations. This hybrid role combines hands-on warehouse responsibilities with administrative and inventory control duties, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both physical work and operational coordination.
The ideal candidate will have experience with shipping and receiving, freight coordination, inventory management, and NetSuite ERP/WMS or similar.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Clerk

  • Process receiving and shipping transactions in NetSuite.
  • Generate shipping documents, packing slips, labels, and Bills of Lading (BOLs).
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and support inventory reconciliations.
  • Assist with inventory audits.
  • Ensure warehouse transactions are completed accurately and on time.
Warehouse Operations
  • Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
  • Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
  • Stage and organize products for storage and distribution.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Operate warehouse equipment and material handling devices as needed.

Freight & Logistics Coordination
  • Schedule inbound and outbound freight shipments.
  • Communicate with carriers, freight brokers, and transportation providers.
  • Track shipments and proactively resolve delivery issues.
  • Review freight documentation and ensure compliance with shipping requirements.
  • Assist with freight claims and carrier-related issues.
  • Ensure all freight is processed accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, logistics, or inventory control experience.
  • Experience using NetSuite ERP/WMS or similar for inventory and warehouse transactions.
  • Strong understanding of freight operations, shipping documentation, and carrier coordination.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet throughout the day.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Forklift certification or warehouse equipment experience.
  • Experience with LTL, FTL, parcel, and common carrier shipments.
  • Knowledge of inventory control processes, cycle counting, and warehouse KPIs.
