Freight Loader & Unloader - Performance-Based Earnings | Up to $250 Per Day
Location: Ocala, FL
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Sunday-Wednesday (Front Half) | 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Freight Breakers LLC is hiring dependable, energetic individuals for our warehouse loading and unloading team. This is a production-driven position where your pay reflects your performance. Position Overview
As a Freight Loader & Unloader, you'll play an important role in keeping warehouse operations running efficiently by safely loading outbound trailers and unloading inbound freight.
Loading Duties
  • Transfer cartons from conveyor lines into trailers by hand.
  • Scan freight with handheld RF scanners for accurate tracking.
  • Move rolling cages throughout the warehouse as needed.
  • Stack freight securely while maintaining speed and quality.

Unloading Duties
  • Remove floor-loaded cartons from incoming trailers.
  • Place freight onto conveyor systems for processing.
  • Scan and sort cartons into designated containers.
  • Help maintain a safe, organized, and productive work area.

This position requires frequent lifting, walking, bending, and working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Compensation
Performance-Based Pay
  • Average daily earnings of $200-$250
  • Typical pay ranges from $16/hour to $25+/hour
  • Paid by production based on cases loaded and unloaded
  • Greater productivity equals greater earning potential
Work Schedule
  • Sunday-Wednesday (Front Half)
  • 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Some shifts may end early depending on freight volume
  • Overtime opportunities available when needed
