MANTECH seeks a mission-driven Logistics Specialist to join our team in Oahu, Hawaii.

In this role you will contribute to agile, resilient, and efficient logistics and sustainment operations. You will play a vital role in implementing non-traditional commercial logistics and sustainment capabilities aligned with joint operations and dynamic logistics environments.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide operational support for end-to-end logistics across all domains (air, land, sea) using commercial platforms and infrastructure.

  • Manage inbound and outbound cargo shipments and maintain inventory accountability for equipment and supplies.

  • Assist in standing up and maintaining prepositioned commercial logistics and sustainment infrastructure at strategic locations..

  • Coordinate with vendors and commercial partners to support warehousing, material handling, and distribution operations.

  • Maintain and update logistics information systems, supply chain visibility tools, and asset tracking systems.

  • Ensure compliance with U.S. and Host Nation (HN) import/export laws, ITAR, and other applicable regulations.

  • Engage with local and regional logistics providers to identify cost-effective solutions for transportation and storage requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED with 9+ years of experience in logistics operations.

  • 4+ years of position-specific relevant experience in commercial logistics or supply chain operations, including international freight forwarding, customs brokerage, or warehouse operations.

  • Familiarity with logistics data systems and inventory control tools.

  • Strong understanding of commercial procurement practices and vendor coordination.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, or related field.

  • Experience with commercial lease agreements for logistics infrastructure.

  • Experience coordinating logistics support for joint or multinational exercises and deployments.

  • Certifications in supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CSCMP, PMP).

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must hold an active TS/SCI clearance.

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.


The projected compensation range for this position is $87,600.00-$145,700.00.
