What You'll Do
- Audit pricing data to ensure it is complete, accurate, and aligned with established business requirements.
- Create, maintain, and improve reports, trackers, and dashboards that support team performance and operational decision-making.
- Monitor key metrics, identify trends or potential issues, and communicate meaningful findings to leadership and partner teams.
- Serve as a subject matter resource for escalated questions and issues, researching root causes and coordinating resolution with the appropriate teams.
- Document and maintain key accounting operations processes to support consistency, training, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with departments across the organization to gather information, resolve issues, and build strong working relationships.
- Attend and actively contribute to regularly scheduled team meetings.
- Provide project and administrative support to the Accounting Operations Manager as needed.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Take on additional responsibilities and special projects in support of team and business priorities
Qualifications
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, analytics, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.
- Experience in accounting operations, billing, reporting, data analysis, customer account maintenance, or office operations.
- Experience working with ERP, billing, pricing, reporting, or customer-information systems.
- Experience in transportation, logistics, freight, or related industries is a plus, but not required.
