Job description

Role Overview

The Product Development Manager – Kitchen Textiles leads development of our kitchen category, including towels, aprons, oven mitts, pot holders, table linens, and related accessories. You'll partner with design, sourcing, and sales to deliver innovative, retail-ready assortments for major retailers, managing everything from fabric and print selection through costing, sampling, and final production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead product development from concept through production across kitchen textile categories
  • Manage timelines to meet retailer and internal deadlines
  • Collaborate with design, sourcing, merchandising, and sales teams
  • Source fabrics, trims, prints, and packaging
  • Oversee costing, specifications, and sample development
  • Conduct trend research and competitive shopping
  • Prepare presentations for customers and seasonal line reviews
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and retailer requirements
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of product development or merchandising experience in kitchen textiles, tabletop, or home textiles
  • Strong knowledge of textile construction, printing techniques, and materials
  • Experience working with overseas factories and production schedules
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; PLM experience preferred
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
