The Data Center Construction Manager is responsible for leading the execution of mission-critical infrastructure projects from pre-construction through turnover. This role oversees construction activities, contractor performance, quality standards, safety compliance, project schedules, and budget adherence while ensuring successful delivery of data center facilities and associated infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership
- Direct day-to-day construction operations across multiple data center projects and expansion initiatives
- Coordinate activities between owners, design teams, contractors, vendors, and utility providers
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize schedule or cost impacts

Construction Oversight
- Manage field execution activities including civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and low-voltage scopes
