Job Description: Proficient in knowledge of business applications, data usage and word processing, data management tools and flow-charting tools Able to understand the logic of code and to construct simple data queries Advanced business and data analysis, business process and application knowledge Advanced knowledge of change management and business continuity Key Responsibilities: Gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with technical specifications and goals. Analyze systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement, optimization, and automation. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system specs, design docs, and user manuals. Perform data analysis and mapping to support integrations, migrations, and enhancements, ensuring data integrity. Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure objectives are met. Design and execute test plans and cases to validate system functionality and quality standards. Create epics and stories, assist in team ceremonies, and track milestones for timely delivery of enhancements. Collaborate with Product, IT, and infrastructure teams to implement solutions aligned with business needs. Coordinate user acceptance testing, gather feedback, and ensure the product meets user expectations. Build strong relationships with partners, setting clear expectations and communicating effectively. Maintain knowledge of product vision, strategy, and roadmap; develop business architecture models. Facilitate meetings to gather requirements and drive consensus. Focus on risk and controls, partnering to confirm impacts and scope. Monitor Jira hygiene, enforce standards, and track work. Manage product roadmap, releases, and dependencies. Pay Range: $55 - $65 The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
