Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Tech Lead to join the Salesforce IT team. This role spans Salesforce engineering, enterprise integration, and data architecture, with a strong emphasis on AI-augmented software delivery. The ideal candidate brings deep Salesforce expertise, leads technical design, and actively leverages Generative AI and Agentic AI tools to accelerate delivery in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Salesforce solution design across Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, and custom applications
  • Define architecture standards, enforce coding best practices, and drive CI/CD using Salesforce DX and Git
  • Conduct code and architecture reviews to ensure scalable, secure, and high-quality delivery
  • Design and implement MuleSoft-based integrations with enterprise systems and event-driven architectures
  • Lead API development (REST/SOAP), Platform Events, and cross-system workflow orchestration
  • Own Salesforce data architecture, including modeling, governance, and multi-system data migration programs
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Data and Integration teams to ensure data consistency, quality, and lineage
  • Leverage Generative AI and Agentic AI tools to accelerate development, testing, and documentation
  • Integrate Salesforce AI capabilities (Einstein, Agentforce, GenAI flows) into business processes
  • Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory standards (including utility-sector requirements)
  • Partner with Product Owners and BA teams to refine requirements and user stories
  • Lead and mentor distributed Salesforce development teams in an Agile environment
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience with technical leadership exposure
  • Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce platform architecture
  • Hands-on experience with MuleSoft or equivalent integration platforms
  • Proven experience in data migration, ETL, and reconciliation programs
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices
  • Active use of Generative AI / Agentic AI tools in software delivery
  • Experience with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and workflow automation
  • Salesforce certification: Platform Developer II (required)
  • Preferred: Integration Architecture Designer / Data Architecture Designer
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in utilities, energy, or regulated industries
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein Analytics, or Agentforce
  • Experience with Agentic AI tools (Windsurf, Devin, or similar)
  • Exposure to Documentum, Excalibur, or enterprise content systems
  • MuleSoft certifications
  • Experience working in multi-vendor offshore/nearshore delivery models
