As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will play an important role in both client retention and agency growth. - Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

- Cross-sell additional insurance products and services based on customer needs.
- Assist clients with policy changes, updates, billing inquiries, and general service requests
- Educate customers on insurance products, coverage options, and available discounts.
- Schedule appointments for licensed team members and follow up on outstanding opportunities.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Support agency goals through consistent follow-up and relationship-building activities.
- Property & Casualty insurance license required prior to hire.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with customers throughout the day.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
