Ad Optimization Specialist - LATAM (Remote)

MonetizeMore

Rico, CO • On-site, Remote

Full-time

Re-posted 4 days ago

Job description

About MonetizeMore
MonetizeMore is a global pioneer in ad technology, powering ad monetization for over 150,000 websites and apps globally. We combine proprietary technology with sophisticated optimization strategies to secure and maximize publisher revenue. We are a 100% remote, culture-first organization driven by four core values: Integrity, Enterprising, Kaizen (Continuous Improvement), and Collaboration. We empower our global team with absolute location autonomy and flexible global schedules. We care about the impact you deliver, not the hours you log on.
About the Role
We are looking for an Ad Optimization Success Manager who sits at the exact intersection of technical Ad Ops execution and strategic client relationship management. This isn't a standard account management role where you just pass messages along, nor is it a back-end data silo.
In this role, you will be the primary technical advisor and strategic champion for our LATAM publishers. You will configure, test, and manage complex ad stacks while translating technical data into clear, revenue-driving strategies for our clients. Your mission is simple: keep publisher ad health pristine, maximize their yield, and ensure they view MonetizeMore as an indispensable partner in their business growth.
Core Responsibilities
1. Drive Partner Success through Ad Stack Optimization & Management
  • Configuration & Execution: Partner closely with our Ad Demand and Engineering teams to configure, test, and manage end-to-end ad stacks within Google Ad Manager (GAM) and header bidding environments.
  • Yield Optimization: Analyze publisher inventory to pinpoint top-performing ad units, then confidently implement layout and stack adjustments to maximize revenue.
  • Feature Activation: Own the product adoption of your publishers, ensuring all applicable PubGuru tech features are fully activated to drive value to our partners..
2. Strategic Growth & Data Analysis
  • Revenue Consulting: Look beyond basic ad setups, go beyond the ad unit. Proactively evaluate publisher performance and long-term goals to design custom optimization strategies, identifying revenue opportunities in new markets, geographies, funnels or niches.
  • Performance Reporting: Run and interpret weekly (7-day), monthly (30-day), and annual performance reviews. You will use historical data to spot macro trends, explain revenue shifts, and meet both internal KPIs and publisher targets.
  • Client Translation: Act as the strategic voice for your portfolio. You'll lead calls, share performance insights, and educate publishers on new ad technologies or features that align with their business.
3. QA, Compliance & Technical Troubleshooting
  • Daily Partner Health: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure placements are filling correctly and monitor critical metrics like CPM, Page RPM, and Session RPM to flag and fix fluctuations immediately.
  • Policy Enforcement: Continuously audit publisher sites and demand partners to maintain strict compliance with Google policies and ensure flawless impression tracking, preventing any ad interruptions.
  • Cross-Functional Troubleshooting: Act as the bridge between the client and our internal teams. When complex technical errors or anomalies arise, you will collaborate with Solution Engineers and technical support to diagnose the root cause and resolve it quickly.
Key Success Outcomes
  • Yield & Revenue Growth: Consistently hit or exceed publisher revenue targets through proactive ad stack optimizations.
  • Flawless Support & Retention: Deliver smooth post-live transitions with zero-day technical friction and high adoption of PubGuru features.
  • Zero Ad Interruptions: Maintain a clean compliance record across your portfolio with proactive policy audits and rapid issue resolution.
  • Trusted Advisor Status: Build measurable client satisfaction by turning complex programmatic data into practical, actionable business advice for publishers.
Who You Are
  • The GAM Power User: You have 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Ad Ops, Technical Account Management, or programmatic Customer Success. Deep, practical knowledge of Google Ad Manager (GAM) is an absolute must for this role.
  • You are fluent in both Portuguese and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages. You can confidently communicate with Portuguese-speaking clients and stakeholders while maintaining professional proficiency in English for internal collaboration, reporting, and client-facing communications.
  • The Analytical Translator: You don't just export spreadsheets; you read between the lines of a dashboard. You have advanced Excel skills and a knack for turning complex data points into clear, executive-level summaries that non-technical clients can understand.
  • The Grounded Client Advocate: You are naturally proactive and highly empathetic to customer challenges, but you anchor your client relationships in data, clear expectations, and ethical communication.
  • The Kaizen Mindset: You enjoy a fast-evolving industry. You're eager to learn new technologies, adapt to shifting Google policies, and constantly iterate on your optimization playbooks.
What We Offer
  • True Flexibility: Work from anywhere in the world with a flexible schedule that fits your lifestyle.
  • Professional Development: Continuous opportunities for career growth, learning allowances, and direct impact on a fast-growing company.
