Familiarity with QA tools like Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, and certifications such as ISTQB are highly valued for efficiently managing test cases and defect tracking. They use various testing methods, including manual and automated testing, to ensure software reliability.

Freelance QA Analysts often encounter challenges such as adjusting quickly to new client systems, managing different project timelines, and communicating clearly across remote teams.
