What is a freelance proposal reviewer?

Freelance proposal reviewers are professionals hired on a contract basis to evaluate, critique, and provide feedback on proposals submitted for grants, projects, or business opportunities. Their main role is to assess the clarity, feasibility, and potential impact of proposals, ensuring they meet the required guidelines and criteria. They often work with organizations, companies, or individuals looking to improve their chances of securing funding or approval.
