This role at Starcom will serve as a member of Publicis Groupe's strategic internal agency, Constellation.
Constellation serves as an internal-facing brand formed by a collective of Publicis Groupe agencies to address our client's creative, data, strategy, media, and technology requirements. Team members collaborate across agencies while functioning as sub-divisions within their respective brands to provide dedicated support for the client. By acting as a unified interface, Constellation eliminates operational silos and presents a single service entity and primary point of contact for the client.
Job Description
The Programmatic Analyst is responsible for supporting on campaign management activities such as campaign set-up, documentation creation and maintenance, QA, performance reporting and billing reconciliation. The Programmatic Analyst is responsible for identifying and implementing optimizations as approved by senior team members and clients. They provide input in the construction of client decks and status documentation.
Responsibilities
  • Support on execution, management, and optimization of programmatic media campaigns for agency clients
  • Demonstrate diligence, attention to detail and adherence to programmatic best practices throughout the full programmatic campaign life-cycle
  • Handle daily campaign maintenance, including internal questions regarding performance tracking, spend, and status of various campaigns
  • Collaborate with the data analytics teams in the development of client-facing campaign performance reports
  • Manage the collection and organization of campaign-specific materials for the team, including, creative assets, budget documents, etc
  • Communicate detail to instruct teams on trafficking campaign assets & tags for running media
  • Run the campaign QA process to ensure accurate campaign settings, budgets, and brand safety protocols
  • Assist with monthly billing actualization for each campaign within Prisma
  • Participate in regular knowledge share sessions to share and learn new strategies for optimizing and enhancing

Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience within programmatic or digital marketing
  • Understanding of traditional and interactive media planning elements
  • Resourceful, curious, and motivated individual with an ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
  • Strong analytics, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate to advanced understanding of Excel

Compensation Range: USD $60,800.00 - USD $84,000.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
