Familiarity with statistical software (such as SPSS, R, or NVivo), survey tools, and reporting platforms is typically required. Strong communication, critical thinking, and project management skills help build client trust and deliver actionable insights. These abilities are crucial for providing objective, high-quality evaluations that inform decision-making and demonstrate program effectiveness.
