These centers often operate for religious organizations, ministries, or non-profit groups, and workers may handle calls remotely from their own homes. Freelancers listen to callers' concerns, offer prayers, provide encouragement, and sometimes connect callers with additional resources or clergy. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and a good understanding of spiritual or religious practices relevant to the callers.
