About the Role
The North America Stores Creative team is on a mission to build world-class, scalable creative systems that fuel growth across every customer touchpoint. We believe great creative shouldn't just look good-it should move fast, work harder, and scale smarter. We're looking for a Creative Director who shares that belief and wants to build something lasting.
In this role, you'll own the creative vision for two of the fastest-growing areas of our marketing ecosystem: Creator partnerships and paid social. You'll shape how millions of customers experience our brand across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, email, and on-site-while building the templates, systems, and frameworks that allow your team to do more with less.

Key Responsibilities
-Develop and maintain on-brand templates, modular design systems, and scalable creative structures that reduce production time and increase output efficiency over time
-Lead creative style guides and execution for Creator-facing assets (emails, tool kits, site experiences) and paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest
-Drive creative excellence across all campaign types: seasonal events, BAU messaging, and High Visibility Events (HVEs)
-Manage and mentor a team of contractors and agency partners, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to brand standards
-Establish repeatable workflows and playbooks that enable the team to scale without sacrificing craft
-Partner cross-functionally with marketing, brand, and channel stakeholders to align creative with business objectives
-Govern and consult on social creative produced outside of direct ownership to maintain cohesive brand expression
-Identify opportunities to innovate on format, storytelling, and platform-native creative across emerging social channels

• Drive standardization and templatization of creative assets while maintaining brand quality
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive creative strategies that drive business results
• Identify and implement efficiency opportunities through tooling and automation
• Own the end-to-end creative process, from conceptualization to execution and measurement
• Lead testing and iteration of creative approaches to optimize performance

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of driving compelling creative strategy and execution at an agency or in-house creative team experience
- Bachelor's degree
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Keynote
- Experience developing cross-functional relationships with product, consumer research and marketing teams to develop strategy and consumer insights that drive compelling creative executions
- Experience leading creative development of innovative creative from concept to delivery
- Experience managing creative (internal team of designers, copywriters, external agencies and freelancers)
- Experience presenting creative concepts effectively to senior executives
- Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
