This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, bringing clarity to ambiguity, and turning strategy into execution.

    • Manage incoming marketing requests, ensuring work is prioritized and routed to the appropriate teams
    • Support resource planning by balancing team capacity, coordinating freelancer support when needed, and planning around workload changes
  • Budget & Project Operations
    • Track marketing project budgets, invoices, and vendor payments while partnering with Finance and Accounting to ensure timely processing
    • Maintain project reporting, dashboards, and documentation within project management platforms such as Asana and Jira
    • Capture project learnings and continuously improve how marketing work is planned and delivered

What We're Looking For
  • 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably within a marketing, creative, or agency environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence and coordinate cross-functional teams
  • Experience with project management platforms such as Asana, Jira, or similar collaborative tools
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and problem-solving
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience
