You'll directly lead Operations Directors, Managers, and Supervisors while ensuring our customers receive consistent, high-quality service and our teams have the leadership they deserve.

  • Serve as the executive operational leader during critical customer situations.
Strengthening Customer Partnerships
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with Verde's largest customers.
  • Support Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Coach Operations Directors on customer engagement and long-term relationship management.
Owning Business Performance

  • Support staffing strategies, labor planning, and operational budgeting.
  • Utilize operational dashboards, HeySage, ADP, and reporting tools to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
