Performance ManagementLead project health review processes and governance meetingsMonitor project performance, risk indicators, execution trends, and operational metricsDevelop and oversee project Business, Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Operations Management, or a related field5+ years of experience in PMO leadership, program management, project controls, operational excellence, business process improvement, project governance, or a related disciplineDemonstrated experience developing and implementing project management standards, governance processes, or operating proceduresStrong understanding of project lifecycle management and project execution best practicesExperience leading cross-functional initiatives without direct authorityExperience facilitating executive reviews, governance meetings, or operational reviewsStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilitiesExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience leading or supporting a Project Management Office (PMO)Experience in construction, industrial, manufacturing, technology, mission-critical infrastructure,
