What Youll Do
As the administrative focal point of the school, you bridge the gap between business operations and the client experience.
  • Operations Leadership: Own the daily flow, managing complex scheduling for dozens of students and overseeing the "opening and closing" of our flagship facility.
  • Client Relationships: Act as the "face" of the school, leading tours for new families and helping them navigate their journey from their first lesson to the stage.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Confidently pitch our programs and maintain the polished demeanor a premier Bergen County institution requires.
  • Special Projects: Partner with the General Manager on marketing and provide onsite support for our high-energy seasonal shows.
What You Bring
  • Proven Professionalism: 2+ years in high-level customer service, front desk, or hospitality. You handle a busy lobby with grace.
