About the Role:

A Risk Analyst is tasked with evaluating potential risks and uncertainties that an organization may face and developing strategies to minimize or manage these risks effectively. They utilize their analytical skills, financial expertise, and industry knowledge to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.


Responsibilities:

  • Complete assigned reviews and tasks in a timely fashion.

  • Manage phone queue and agent merchant/escalations.

  • Assist with additional tasks when available.

  • Place holds and initiates funding releases when necessary.

  • Investigates any incidences that may result in asset loss and compiles findings in reports for further review.

  • Works under general supervision.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred with 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

  • Quick learning and able to adapt to a changing work environment.

  • Highly professional demeanor and appearance.

  • Sound ability to make decisions.

  • Responsible and trustworthy with proven accountability.

  • Must maintain a willingness to learn and take on responsibility.

  • Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; able to handle a situation under pressure and find a solution; uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics.

  • Must be a good communicator with the ability to take and give direction.

  • Ability to receive and analyze data and input data into the computer.
