Familiarity with annotation tools, electronic health records (EHRs), and relevant data privacy regulations is typically required. Attention to detail, self-motivation, and effective communication are crucial soft skills for delivering accurate results and collaborating remotely with clients. These competencies ensure high-quality annotated datasets, which are essential for training reliable medical AI systems and supporting healthcare research.
