  • Edit and deliver high-quality, social-first photo and video assets in a timely, agile manner.
  • Proactively identify organic, untold stories and unique moments worth capturing across the hotel.
  • Manage external creative partners, freelancers, and collaborators as needed to continually evolve and maintain the brand’s visual library.

Brand Collateral & Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Food & Beverage and property operations teams to ensure cohesive, unified storytelling across all touchpoints.
  • Support PR, influencer relations, and creator collaborations to ensure visual consistency and brand alignment.
  • Oversee, design, and create brand-aligned marketing collateral and digital assets to support property-level goals.

Reporting & Performance Stewardship

  • Monitor and analyze key organic performance metrics to compile comprehensive monthly reports.
  • Translate data into actionable strategic insights, optimization tactics, and clear roadmaps for continuous channel growth.

  • An exceptional visual sensibility, sharp design eye, and natural storytelling instincts.
  • Deep technical understanding of social platforms, emerging trends, current content formats, and performance analytics.
  • Proven portfolio demonstrating high-quality, engaging photo and video content creation specifically tailored for social-first platforms.
  • Proficiency in creative tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and advanced mobile editing applications.
  • Comfortable managing, directing, and collaborating with freelancers, production crews, and external creatives.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and agile, with a proven ability to balance high-level creativity with concrete, property-driven results.

Work Environment

  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced on-property hotel environment, remaining deeply immersed in the daily rhythm of luxury hospitality.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to capture live cultural programming, host creators, and support 24/7 hotel operations.
