Job description

Our client, a leading global information services and data organization, is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Client Success Manager (CSM) to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a relationship-driven professional who enjoys helping clients maximize value, improve adoption, and achieve long-term success. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, solutions-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple customer relationships.
  • $26.00-$31.00/hour

Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer onboarding and post-sales account support
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client questions, issue resolution, and ongoing relationship management
  • Build strong customer relationships to drive retention, loyalty, and overall satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities to expand accounts through additional solutions and product offerings
  • Educate customers on product features and functionality to maximize engagement and usage
  • Monitor customer accounts proactively to identify at-risk renewals and develop retention strategies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Solutions Engineering, and Support teams
  • Manage customer cancellations, credits, and refund requests efficiently
  • Gather and communicate customer feedback to support product and service improvements
  • Recommend training sessions and additional resources to increase customer adoption and success

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, and/or Sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and GONG is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Previous experience within the Data or Information Services industry preferred
