How You Get To $98KYour pay is competitive base + uncapped commission on the work you write and sell — maintenance, repairs, and tires. Our busiest writers at high-volume stores consistently earn in the top half of the range. You control the number.
What You'll DoThis is a 5-day, 45–50 hour week including Saturdays. It's a busy store — that's why the earning potential is what it is. If that works for you, we'd love to talk.
We promote from within. Our store managers earn $88,000–$161,000/year, and several started right where you would — at the counter.
