  • Success leading communications for company-wide moments such as all-hands meetings, AMAs, executive announcements, reorganizations, and culture initiatives.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex business topics into clear, compelling narratives that inform, inspire, and align diverse audiences.
  • Strong executive presence with a demonstrated ability to advise senior leaders on messaging, narrative development, organizational change, and employee communications strategy.
  • Ability to establish scalable communications programs, operating models, and best practices, using data-driven insights and measurement to continuously improve effectiveness, team performance, and organizational impact.
