Overview
The Manager of Business Intelligence will leverage their expertise in data analysis to support the BI Associate Director and Senior Leadership across enterprise clients in the health and wellness industry. This role will be responsible for utilizing multiple data sources to measure media and marketing campaign performance, translating insights into actionable business strategies for clients. Additionally, the Manager will oversee workload distribution for the Analyst/Senior Analyst team and play a key role in training new team members.Â

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal (PHM) and external stakeholders (clients, partner agencies, consulting groups) by ensuring clear communication and timely data deliverables.Â
Analyze and synthesize data to assess program effectiveness in influencing target audiences (healthcare professionals, patients, prospects, or a combination of both), identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.Â
Partner with BI Leadership to develop insights-based recommendations for client presentations, reports, and other deliverables, presenting findings in-person or via virtual meetings.Â
Provide guidance and mentorship to direct reports, internal teams, and third-party partners, maintaining high-quality outputs and adherence to deliverable schedules.Â

Compensation Range:$88,540.00 Â - $127,155.00. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
