Overview
As a Copywriter with CRMOne, you'll create persuasive and compelling copy in the established voice and style of a major telecom brand. You can work across different media, from artfully crafted manifestos to clearly articulated idea writeups to effective emails and snappy, text-only posts and messages. You are detail-oriented and have strong opinions about the use of commas. You work quickly and independently, while maintaining a collaborative mindset, partnering closely with clients to help them with day-to-day writing needs. You thrive in a fast-paced environment that's constantly moving forward, bringing tenacity and a resilient mindset to navigate shifting priorities and changing client needs. In this role, you will work directly with our clients as an embedded writer with their organization, while still maintaining a relationship with CRMOne, Publicis and agency leadership.
This is a hybrid position. Team members are expected to work onsite in the Basking Ridge area approximately 2-3 days per week, with the remaining days worked remotely, subject to business needs.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategically sound creative for email and direct marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with our client partners on a variety of copy-related projects.
  • Quickly and skillfully edit existing communications to adapt to new brand and business strategies.
  • Persuasively present both internally and to clients with credibility, reasoning, and feeling.
  • Actively listen to truly understand the ask and feedback.
  • Ensure communications are produced to the highest standards of accuracy and quality control.
  • Deliver fresh ideas while working with existing brand voice and tone.
  • Practice time management skills in order to handle multiple ongoing projects simultaneously.

Qualifications
  • You have 3+ years of experience as integrated marketing copywriter at a marketing or advertising agency.
  • You have a wide-ranging portfolio that showcases execution across multiple channels (i.e., social, digital, email, etc.); Email experience is required.
  • Experience using AI to create efficiencies in the creation of and delivery of work.
  • Good team player, collaborator, and communicator.

Compensation Range: USD $66,120.00 - USD $101,790.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
