Are there any restrictions on outside contract work or employment while I am either a member of the Consultant Network or working on a project through the ProSidian Professional Network?: The ProSidian Professional Consultant Network does not limit the contract work or employment that a member of the community may pursue, although typical post-employment obligations surrounding confidentiality will apply.  You are also welcome to pursue other professional opportunities while working on a ProSidian Professional Consultant Network project as long as the timing does not conflict.

Am I responsible for confirming that I don't have a conflict by performing work with ProSidian?: Yes.  By working on a role for ProSidian, you represent that you are not violating any contractual or other obligations that you have with other entities.

What is the time commitment for roles on the ProSidian Professional Consultant Network?: Each ProSidian Professional Consultant Network role is project-based and has its requirements.  The role description will indicate the start date, end date, and hours expected per week for each role.

Am I eligible for ProSidian benefits as a member of the ProSidian Professional Consultant Network?: No.  Members of the ProSidian Professional Consultant Network are not ProSidian employees and, therefore, are not eligible for ProSidian benefits.  However, you may be eligible for benefits through full-time employment with ProSidian, which may result from ongoing project engagements.

Is there any guarantee of being selected for roles within the ProSidian Professional Consultant Network?: There is no guarantee that you will be selected for work within the ProSidian Professional Consultant Network.  However, the ProSidian Professional Consultant Network is an active, frequently updated marketplace designed for independent talent to find new projects, so we encourage you to your CV/Bio/resume, answer our glass slipper questions, designate technical service expertise (area Of Focus), and allow us to send you roles in your areas of interest proactively.

How will I be connected to ProSidian after my project ends?: ProSidian welcomes the opportunity to remain in touch with members of the ProSidian Professional Consultant Network.  We will do this through regular email communications, messages through the marketplace, and mobile notifications if enabled.  There are two additional ways to stay informed about new roles in the marketplace: You can choose to receive updates via email, join our Fellowship Network where based on our saved searches and, if your skills and experience align with one of our Solution Areas, you can join to receive notifications about roles that match those areas.  We are continually considering additional ways for you to stay connected to ProSidian and the ProSidian Professional Consultant Network community.
