The Clinical Applications Systems Trainer delivers training and education tailored to clinical workflows, in settings such as traditional classrooms, one-to-one sessions, small groups, and e-learning formats.
Essential Job Functions: Essential Job Functions: Develop and maintain current training standards specific to clinical applications, including training courses, materials, competency exams, and clinical workflows. Prepare for and lead relevant software training sessions focused on clinical staff, both new and existing. Collaborate with clinical teams and internal departments to enhance education and training support, aligning operational workflows with the education and training process, and assisting in the implementation of new clinical features and/or software updates. Provide on-site user support and troubleshoot clinical staff issues to ensure efficient use of clinical software applications. Respond to phone calls, email inquiries, and trouble tickets from clinical users regarding training and application-specific topics. Provision new clinical users in preparation for specialized training sessions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, tailored to clinical terminology and contexts. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks based on clinical needs.
