- Write customer-facing short-form copy across ROKA's marketing channels, including email, paid ads, website headers, landing pages, and campaign assets
- Develop high-converting email subject lines, preview text, and headline hooks
- Create compelling ad copy, web hero messaging, CTAs, and promotional headlines
- Craft concise product messaging that clearly communicates features, benefits, and performance advantages
- Partner with creative and marketing teams on campaign concepts, messaging angles, and testing ideas
- Continuously iterate on copy based on performance data, feedback, and channel learnings
- Research customer insights, product reviews, and competitive positioning to strengthen messaging
- Support ongoing website updates, launches, and seasonal campaign refreshes
- Help maintain a consistent, conversion-driven brand voice across all short-form touchpoints
Must Haves:
- 3+ years of copywriting experience, ideally in a fast-paced, consumer brand environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating range across marketing channels (email, web, campaigns, product copy)
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with high attention to detail
- Proven ability to write concise, conversion-focused short-form copy
- Strong instinct for hooks, urgency, clarity, and attention-grabbing headlines
- Strong understanding of audience, tone, and what drives engagement and action
- Comfortable working independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Highly organized, responsive, and able to incorporate feedback efficiently
