Job description

The Independent Sales Representative - Golf is responsible for driving sales within their respective territory. Additionally, this position is responsible for managing the visitation schedule, attaining seasonal pre-book and at-once sales goals, servicing all applicable accounts, and delivering company initiatives and programs to the respective accounts. The Independent Sales Agent -Golf must live in territory. Preferred regions include Florida, California, Arizona, Texas, New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Ohio, Maryland, Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan, Georgia, Massachusetts, and Connecticut.

CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date Territory Plan, and submit to Manager on a weekly basis
  • Visit accounts per established seasonal expectations
  • Meet seasonal at-once and pre-book sales goals
  • Meet seasonal new account enrollment goals
  • Meet seasonal / annual events sales goals
  • Drive all company initiatives and sales programs with respective accounts
  • Attend seasonal sales meetings
  • Attend annual PGA Merchandise Shows
  • Attend local tradeshows and events
  • Maintain sample line in accordance with company standards
QUALIFICATIONS
  • A 1099 sales representative who already carries other golf lines/brands
  • Ideal candidates should possess prior sales experience in the golf industry
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, emphasis in Excel
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Inherent ability to prospect, negotiate and close
  • Engaging presentation, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and deadline driven
  • Entrepreneurial, positive working style
  • Does not currently carry another Footwear offering/brand in their line
