Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Content & Creative Marketer - Freelance based in Netherlands.

As a Content & Creative Marketer, you will build and operate the content engine behind the growth of an AI-focused SaaS product.
You will create a high volume of organic content, short-form video, static advertising assets, landing pages, and email campaigns.
Working closely with acquisition specialists, you will turn creative ideas into performance-driven campaigns and continuously improve what works.
Generative AI will be a core part of your workflow, enabling you to produce content quickly while maintaining a high quality bar.
You will help shape positioning, messaging, personas, creative angles, and testing priorities in an early-stage environment.
With no established creative function to inherit, you will have significant autonomy and direct influence over the product's acquisition strategy.
This is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on marketer who enjoys building from scratch, moving quickly, and connecting creativity directly to measurable results.

Accountabilities
  • Produce short-form vertical video creatives and static assets for paid social campaigns.
  • Create organic content and adapt formats and messaging to different social platforms.
  • Develop landing pages, email sequences, and other campaign-related content.
  • Use generative AI tools for video, image, and text production to industrialize creative output while maintaining quality.
  • Define positioning and messaging for key personas, including individual learners and business audiences.
  • Build and maintain an angle matrix covering benefits, objections, awareness levels, hooks, and creative concepts.
  • Monitor trends, formats, and creative patterns performing in the education technology and consumer AI markets.
  • Maintain a consistent production cadence so a steady pipeline of campaign-ready creative is available.
  • Work closely with media buyers to develop briefs, variations, iterations, and new versions of winning concepts.
  • Analyze creative performance signals such as hook rate, CTR, and cost per result to inform future production.
  • Track creative performance and identify which concepts should be tested further, scaled, or discontinued.
  • Contribute to acquisition reporting using available analytics tools and performance data.
  • Establish a clear feedback loop between campaign results and the next generation of creative concepts.
  • Work independently across a broad scope, prioritizing the highest-impact activities within a part-time schedule.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience producing marketing content and creative assets, ideally in a performance-oriented environment.
  • Experience working with SaaS products, subscription apps, startups, or other fast-moving digital businesses is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience creating content or creative assets that have been used in paid acquisition campaigns.
  • Strong short-form video production skills, including editing, hooks, vertical formats, and rapid creative variations.
  • Hands-on experience with generative AI tools for producing video, images, and written content; AI should be a core part of your production workflow.
  • Strong conversion-focused copywriting skills across advertisements, landing pages, emails, and other marketing formats.
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing and how creative is evaluated through angles, testing, engagement, CTR, and cost per result.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, including account structure and creative testing, is a plus but not required.
  • Familiarity with tracking and analytics platforms such as PostHog or equivalent tools is advantageous.
  • Highly autonomous and comfortable owning the entire creative and content scope without a dedicated creative team.
  • Strong prioritization skills and the ability to deliver meaningful output within limited working hours.
  • Fast, pragmatic execution style and comfort working without established processes.
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to use data to guide creative decisions.
  • Fluent French and fluent English are required.
  • German or Spanish language skills are a plus, given the product's multilingual scope.
Benefits
  • Freelance, part-time engagement of approximately 2.5 days per week.
  • Potential to transition to a full-time engagement as workload and results grow.
  • 100% remote work from anywhere in Europe.
  • Flexible working hours and freedom to organize your schedule.
  • Opportunity to work with a dedicated media budget and directly influence creative testing and acquisition.
  • Build a complete content and creative production system from a blank slate.
  • Work on an AI literacy product operating in a fast-moving and evolving market.
  • Use generative AI as a genuine production advantage rather than simply an experimental tool.
  • Direct access to the product founder and fast decision-making with minimal organizational layers.
  • Opportunity to work closely with experienced acquisition and media specialists.
  • Potential to shape positioning, personas, messaging, and creative strategy at an early stage.
  • Professional growth opportunities in a highly autonomous, performance-oriented environment.
  • Flexible setup that can be compatible with an existing portfolio of freelance clients.
  • Opportunity to scale the engagement as the product and marketing function grow.
