As an Advisory Manager, you will partner closely with clients to navigate organizational change, optimize processes, reimagine operating models, assess technology capabilities, and enable successful transformations. You Can Expect To:
As an Advisory Manager, you will serve as a primary day-to-day leader on Advisory engagements, working directly with client stakeholders to drive outcomes across change, org, and operations. You can expect to:
  • Drive your career and become an executive through clearly defined expectations, mentorship from Principals and Vice Presidents, and frequent opportunities for advancement
  • Manage and nurture small teams and help teammates to diagnose and solve complex organizational and operational problems for clients across industries
  • Own workstreams on strategy, operating model, org design, or change management, from framing through delivery of recommendations and implementation support
  • Execute projects from start to finish and get exposure to all roles throughout the project life cycle - planning, estimation, execution, issue/risk management, and resource management/allocation
  • Design and facilitate client workshops, stakeholder interviews, and working sessions to co-create future state processes, capabilities, and ways of working
  • Develop and socialize change strategies, stakeholder impact assessments, communications plans, and training approaches
  • Translate complex qualitative and quantitative analysis into clear executive-ready deliverables and narratives
  • Coach and develop Associates and Senior Consultants through day-to-day feedback, delegation, and career conversations
  • Partner closely with Principals and Vice Presidents on engagement framing, quality, and client relationship management
  • Contribute to the growth of Advisory by shaping methods, frameworks, and thought leadership in organizational change and operations
  • Work collaboratively within a hybrid model, alongside smart, humble, and supportive people

We Look For:
The successful candidate possesses the following critical qualifications:
  • 5+ years of professional consulting, client-facing, or highly relevant industry experience, with meaningful time spent in management consulting, organizational change, operating model, or transformation work
  • Demonstrated experience leading or managing teams and workstreams on change, org, or process-focused projects
  • Familiarity with consulting frameworks such as Prosci, McKinsey's 7-S, Target Operating Model, EOS, Lean Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, or Business Model Canvas
  • Ability to become a trusted advisor to clients by building relationships, understanding business context, and giving candid, actionable guidance
  • Demonstrated project management experience - planning, estimation, execution, issue/risk management, and resource management/allocation
  • Experience facilitating workshops and presenting to senior stakeholders, including shaping agendas and guiding groups to decisions
  • Skilled problem solver with the desire and proven ability to create and implement innovative, pragmatic solutions
  • Enthusiastic about coaching and mentoring others, helping them build both consulting and Advisory-specific skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline, or comparable experience
  • Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship
