Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Ensure compliance with the document management standard for the Program.
  • Understanding and implementing the requirements pertaining to the maintenance of project record documents according to the project contract.
  • Install, administer, and maintain the Document Management System for tracking, retrieving, updating and maintaining all program/project documents.
  • Responsible for overseeing, providing guidance and instructions for document controls staff.
  • Establish and maintain a Document Control System (including tracking logs).
  • Maintain all contract documents โ€“ administrative documents, bid documents, daily reports, monthly, reports, test results, meetings, drawings, program sketches general correspondences, etc, as it relates to the program.
  • Oversee the processing of all incoming and outgoing program documentation.
  • Oversees the Document Management System for tracking, retrieving, updating, and maintaining all program/project documents.

  • Oversees the processing of all incoming and outgoing program documentation.
  • Responsible for the programโ€™s Document Control center.
  • Performs work in a safe manner and actively encourage others to comply with safety rules and regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Must have a Bachelor of Science degree from a four-year college or university.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in Construction Management, Program Management and/or Construction industry.
  • Must have experience directing employees.
  • Must work efficiently while handling many tasks simultaneously.
  • Must have relative experience in Program and Project Control Systems

Skills and Competencies required to perform tasks:

  • Ability to analyze and solve problems.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize.
  • Should have knowledge of the company as well as the companyโ€™s clientele and their work.
  • Supervisory skills.
  • Business writing.
  • Interpreting departmental policies and procedures.
  • Interpersonal skills are required to deal with personnel situations.
  • Ability to speak effectively before the client, contractors, or employees of the organization.

  • Client
  • All office personnel and support staff
  • Knowledge of organizational structure of company, familiar with Division Executives โ€“ clients, legal counsel, etc.
  • Excellent grammar and spelling.
  • Office theories and principles.
  • Program/service offered, and terminology used.

Essential Equipment and Software Requirements:

  • Computer skills โ€“ MS office productivity suite includes Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
  • Large format and small format (plotters, printers, scanners, etc.)
  • Relational Databases โ€“ SharePoint is a plus
