Job description

Cabinets Company is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer / Operator to join our manufacturing team.

This is a full-time, hands-on position for someone who can both program and operate CNC equipment used in cabinet manufacturing. The ideal candidate understands the complete process?from interpreting drawings and creating CNC programs to setting up and operating the machine, checking finished components, and making adjustments when necessary.

Experience in cabinetry, millwork, woodworking, or panel-processing manufacturing is strongly preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES

? Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs for cabinet components ? Set up and operate 3-axis CNC routing and nesting equipment ? Interpret shop drawings, blueprints, dimensions, and production information ? Determine efficient machining methods, cutting sequences, and material layouts ? Select and set up appropriate cutting tools for different materials and operations ? Perform routing, drilling, cutting, dadoing, and other machining operations ? Load programs and materials and operate CNC equipment throughout the machining process ? Inspect completed parts for accuracy, dimensions, and quality ? Troubleshoot programming, tooling, and machining issues ? Make program and machine adjustments when necessary ? Minimize material waste while maintaining production quality and efficiency ? Perform routine machine setup and basic maintenance as required ? Work closely with the production team to keep jobs moving efficiently

QUALIFICATIONS

? Previous CNC programming and operating experience ? Experience with 3-axis CNC routers, nesting equipment, or similar woodworking CNC machinery ? Cabinetry, millwork, woodworking, or panel-processing experience strongly preferred ? Ability to read and interpret drawings, dimensions, and production specifications ? Understanding of CNC tooling and machining processes ? Ability to set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC equipment ? Basic math and measurement skills ? Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, quality components ? Ability to work independently and as part of a manufacturing team
