Job Title: Specialist 1, Clinical Operations
Location: Irvine, CA 92618 – Onsite
Pay Rate: $35–$40/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clinical trial operations and process improvements.
  • Coordinate clinical trial device procurement, shipments, tracking, and returns.
  • Maintain TMF and clinical study documentation.
  • Monitor study inventory and assist with forecasting.
  • Track device issues, queries, and clinical study activities.
  • Coordinate clinical trial invoices and payments.
  • Maintain computerized tracking systems and prepare reports.
  • Support document archiving and clinical laboratory operations.
  • Collaborate with Clinical, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and Compliance teams.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of clinical research experience required.
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Clinical trial documentation/tracking experience.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Medical device, TMF, inventory, device logistics, or clinical operations experience preferred.
  • Local LA/Orange County candidates preferred.
