Job description

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will make an impact by leading business analysis activities across ServiceNow client engagements, translating business needs into scalable technology solutions, and driving process improvement initiatives. You will be a valued member of the ServiceNow delivery team and work collaboratively with clients, technical consultants, quality assurance teams, and project leadership to deliver successful outcomes. You will also provide guidance and mentorship to Business Analysts while serving as a trusted advisor to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
In this role, you will:
Lead business analysis activities across client engagements, including requirements elicitation, documentation, prioritization, and validation.
Partner with business stakeholders, process owners, and technical teams to identify challenges and recommend effective ServiceNow-based solutions.
Analyze business processes, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend improvements that enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
Develop business cases, solution options, and feasibility assessments, clearly communicating risks, benefits, assumptions, and trade-offs to stakeholders.
Mentor and coach Business Analysts, support team development, and help ensure consistent delivery of high-quality analysis artifacts.

What you need to have to be considered
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Science, or a related field.
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
5+ years of experience designing, documenting, and improving business processes.
3+ years of experience supporting technology projects as a Business Analyst.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
ServiceNow Business Process for Implementation certification.
ITIL v3 or ITIL v4 certification.
Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, business case development, and solution design.
Working knowledge of service management frameworks, process management principles, and SDLC methodologies.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and process modeling tools.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to analyze complex business challenges and translate them into actionable solutions.
These will help you stand out
Experience delivering ServiceNow implementations or transformation programs.
Six Sigma, Certified Process Design Engineer (CPDE), Agile/Scrum, Prosci, or TOGAF certifications.
Experience creating process maps, UML diagrams, BPM workflows, mockups, and data mapping documentation.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and PMO practices.
Experience supporting governance, organizational change, and business transformation initiatives.
Demonstrated leadership experience coaching and mentoring Business Analysts.
Strong consulting skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive consensus across cross-functional teams.

The annual salary for this position will be in the range of $88K - $97K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate
