Job Summary
The Video Production Coordinator is responsible for owning the operational ecosystem of Hope Media Group's Video Department. This role supports production logistics, studio operations, media management, workflow coordination, and production readiness so that creative leaders, producers, and editors can focus on creating exceptional content.
In this role you will engage audiences, telling impactful stories, and supporting ministry, fundraising, marketing, programming, and digital initiatives. This role will oversee phases of video production-including concept development, scripting support, filming, editing, motion graphics, and final delivery-while ensuring every project reflects the organization's mission, brand, and values. The ideal candidate will provide navigation across projects in addition to coordinating production.
Essential Functions
Production:
  • Provide navigation across projects in addition to coordinating production.
  • Manage timelines, schedules, resource allocation, post-production workflows, and keeping multiple teams moving together.
  • Standardize workflows, improve campaign execution, and create greater operational excellence across our digital/creative services.
  • Coordinate production logistics
  • Developing Runs of Show
  • Assist artist and guest coordination
  • Support production planning
  • Coordinate production wrap

Studio Operations:
  • Maintain studio readiness
  • Prepare cameras, lighting, and audio
  • Reset studios
  • Monitor studio availability
  • Maintain production equipment
  • In-house AV Management

Media Operations:
  • Media ingest
  • Asset organization
  • Backup verification
  • Server uploads
  • Archive management
  • Support future MAM workflows

Workflow Operations:
  • Coordinate Wrike tasks
  • Track production timelines
  • Communicate logistics across departments
  • Recommend workflow improvements

Requirements
Requirements and Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Digital Media, Communications, Broadcasting, Multimedia, or a related field preferred.
Required Experience:
  • 3-5 years of pprofessional experience in video production, production coordination, media operations, or equivalent demonstrated experience through freelance, ministry, entrepreneurial, military, or comparable environments.
  • Working knowledge of professional production workflows.
  • Basic proficiency with cameras, lighting, audio, and Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Excellent organization, communication, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and production schedules.
  • Preferred Experience:
  • Church or ministry media experience
  • Sony and Blackmagic ecosystem familiarity
  • Wrike or similar project management software
  • Media Asset Management experience
  • Adobe After Effects and/or Photoshop
  • Live production experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Heart for Christian ministry
  • Strong moral character
  • Has a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Spiritually grounded and working knowledge of scripture
  • Must be an active member of a Bible believing local church
